Setel input harga diskon menjadi readonly

Browse Source 
- Menambahkan atribut `readonly` pada input `harga_diskon` dan `harga_diskon_pembanding` untuk mencegah pengeditan langsung.
- Menghapus pembatas nilai maksimum 100 pada event listener input diskon pembanding.
